Women have always had to fight for their rights, and achieving gender equality in the workplace remains a persistent struggle. It’s happening every day, in every industry, in every part of the world. The facts remain that women earn less, have fewer opportunities, and believe their gender poses a hindrance to their careers.

To highlight this reality, we depicted women who, when perceived as men, were more likely to be given greater opportunity, higher pay, and more acceptance. By simply changing how they were viewed, these women were suddenly treated differently, not because of their abilities or experience, but purely because they appeared to be male.

The campaign exposed the unconscious bias that still exists in the workplace and challenged viewers to confront the unfair advantages granted based on gender alone. It served as a stark reminder that true equality will only exist once opportunities are determined by capability, not gender.
